In Buddhism the practice of RightSpeech is something I've been working on for awhile. Before speaking we could do well to ask ourselves three questions:

Is it necessary?
Is it true?
Is it kind?

Now filtering all thoughts and ideas from all forms of media, all the sense doors, and all communication through these three questions, imagine how refined and important information could be.
